Caring Connections Lay Ministry is comprised of lay ministers who work alongside Chapel Hill pastors to provide care for our church family and loved ones. This team is available to make personal visits to those who are in the hospital, care facilities, independent and assisted living centers, and the homebound.

Because of very strict privacy regulations at our local hospitals, it is really important that the Caring Connections Team is notified if someone you love and care for is in the hospital. Our CCLMs will not be able to visit you or your loved one unless they know you or your loved one are there and can ask for you or your loved one by name.
